Lofty CRM Pricing (2026): Plans, Add-Ons, Ad Fees and Contract Terms

Oct 27, 2026
Real estate team meeting table with a laptop showing a CRM dashboard with a contact pipeline and charts, a printed pricing proposal, a calculator, a smartphone and a navy coffee mug, in a bright modern office.

Lofty CRM pricing is not published. Lofty's pricing page lists four plans, Lofty Agent, Team, Broker and Enterprise, and every one shows a "Request Pricing" button instead of a price.

Third-party reviews in 2026 report about $449 a month for an entry plan, but under older plan names. What Lofty does publish is add-on prices, ad management fees and a contract that can renew for a year at a time.

I read Lofty's pricing page, help center and Terms of Use on 27 October 2026. This guide covers what they say, what others report, and what to check before you sign.

Where I stand: I am a Realtor with Samson Properties in Virginia, and I run Jamil Academy, which sells training to agents. This is not a hands-on test: it is built from Lofty's own pages and terms, plus public sources. The one product block near the end is my own.

Quick answer

  • Plan prices: not published. Agent, Team, Broker and Enterprise all say "Request Pricing."
  • Reported entry price: about $449 a month, from third-party reviews, not Lofty. Those reports use older plan names.
  • Reported setup fees: $299 to $2,000, depending on the source and the plan.
  • Published add-ons: text packages $49 or $89 a month, call packages $15 or $79, and Office or Team add-ons at $299 a month each.
  • Ads: a $600 minimum budget for buyer or seller leads, plus a 20% management fee, or a flat $150 when the total budget is under $750.
  • Terms: committed terms auto-renew for one year unless you give notice at least 90 days before the end. Fees paid are non-refundable.

How much does Lofty CRM cost in 2026?

Short answer: Lofty does not say. You need a quote, and third parties report about $449 a month for an entry plan. The parts Lofty does price are add-ons, ads and some services.

What a first year can look like

At the reported $449 a month, software alone is $5,388 a year. Add the $600 minimum ad budget and its $150 fee, and the year comes to $14,388.

Bar chart of three illustrative Lofty first-year costs, assuming the third-party reported $449 a month platform fee with no setup fee or add-ons: $5,388 for software only, $14,388 with a $600 monthly ad budget plus the $150 flat management fee, and $19,788 with a $1,000 monthly ad budget plus the 20% fee of $200.
Illustration only. The $449 is a third-party report, not a Lofty price. Ad rules are Lofty's published ones.

Source: $449 reported by The Close, June 2026. Ad rules from Lofty's Lead Generation FAQs, read 27 October 2026. My arithmetic.

My view: treat $449 as a reference point, not a price. Ask for a written quote that lists the platform fee, seats, setup fee, add-ons and contract term on one page.

What is Lofty, and is it the old Chime CRM?

Short answer: yes. Chime Technologies announced on 7 November 2023 that it had rebranded as Lofty Inc. Older reviews that say Chime are about the same real estate CRM.

Inman's report cited "ongoing confusion with the web bank of the same name." The announcement did not mention any pricing change.

  • Company: Lofty Inc., based in Phoenix, Arizona, "a US subsidiary of Moatable, Inc." per its 2023 release.
  • Firepoint: Lofty announced on 7 August 2024 that it had acquired Firepoint, a real estate CRM. It said Firepoint agents would move to Lofty "at no additional cost to them."
  • Lofty AOS: launched on 2 February 2026. Lofty calls it the industry's first agentic AI operating system; "first" is Lofty's own claim.
  • New AI products: Homeowner Agent (1 April 2026), announced without a price, and the Cowork experience (28 July 2026).

Sources: GlobeNewswire release "Chime Technologies Rebrands as Lofty, Inc." (7 November 2023), Inman (7 November 2023) and Lofty news posts, read 27 October 2026.

My view: when you read a review, check its date first. A review of Chime from 2022 may describe a different product from the one Lofty sells today.

Why does Lofty not publish its prices?

Short answer: Lofty says the price depends on your plan, seat count, upgrades and lead programs. So two agents on the same plan name may not pay the same amount.

Lofty puts it this way: "Lofty pricing varies based on your choice of platform package, seat count, optional upgrades and lead-gen programs." Capterra simply says "Contact vendor for pricing."

Signs that the quote is negotiable

Lofty's pricing page promises a "Guaranteed lowest price on new subscriptions and add-ons." It names no competitor and links no terms, so ask the rep what it means in writing.

G2's Lofty page shows an average discount of 12%, reported by its users. That is not a Lofty policy, but it suggests the first number is not always final.

No free trial that I could find

I found no free trial offered on Lofty's pricing page. Capterra lists the free trial as not available, and Lofty's help center says "Lofty Front does not offer a free trial."

Brokerage deals are separate

Some brokerages negotiate their own deals. A help article on Radius's help site lists a "$50/monthly subscription fee through Radius." Ask your broker whether a group rate exists.

My view: quote-based pricing is not a bad sign by itself. It does mean you should compare two or three written quotes line by line.

What do Lofty's four plans include?

Short answer: every plan includes an IDX website, the CRM, texting, a basic dialer, AI tools and team tools. The table I read shows Enterprise adding single sign-on, white label and a customizable org structure.

Screenshot of the Lofty Platform Plans table on Lofty's pricing page, showing four columns for Lofty Agent, Lofty Team, Lofty Broker and Lofty Enterprise, each with a Request Pricing button and no price. Rows show IDX Website marked Fully Customizable, and checkmarks for Unlimited Basic CMAs, Social Studio Basic, Marketing Automation with Smart Plans, Unlimited Agent Subdomains and External Listing Widget on all four plans.

What changes between plans

  • Lofty Team and Lofty Broker: the table adds "1:1 Onboarding & Training."
  • Lofty Enterprise: adds Single Sign-On, White Label and Customizable Org Structure.
  • Seats: the table does not say how many users any plan includes.

Eleven add-ons, from Power Dialer to the AI agents, are listed on every plan at "Request Pricing." Lofty also says "Some AI features are included in core plans while others are available as upgrades."

The IDX website is included

Every plan includes a customizable IDX website. Whether that site brings in leads on its own is a separate question, which I cover in my guide to whether IDX websites generate leads.

My view: the feature list is long, and that is the point of Lofty. Ask yourself how much of it you will use in the first 90 days.

What do third-party reports say Lofty costs?

Short answer: about $449 a month for an entry plan, $700 for a team plan and $1,500 for enterprise, according to third-party reviews. None of these figures come from Lofty.

These reports use plan names like Core, Premier and Enterprise. Lofty's current plans are Agent, Team, Broker and Enterprise, so the figures may describe older packages.

Source (type, date)Reported plan pricesReported setup fees
The Close, Lofty CRM review (review site, June 2026)Core $449, Premier $700 with 15 users, Enterprise $1,500 with 100 users$500, $1,000 and $2,000 by plan
Luxury Presence, Lofty pricing (a competitor, May 2026, updated October 2026)About $449, $700 and $1,500 a month, labelled a third-party estimate$299 to $1,499
Capsule CRM blog (a competitor, December 2025)"Lofty starts at $449/month for the Core Plan," up to $1,500 for EnterpriseNot stated
Sierra Interactive, Lofty alternative page (a competitor, modified October 2026)"Lofty's team plan starts at $700/mo for 15 users"Not stated

Sources: theclose.com, luxurypresence.com, capsulecrm.com and sierrainteractive.com, as dated above. All third-party reports, not Lofty prices.

The Close also reports extra users at $15, $25 and $12 each, by plan. Lofty publishes no extra-user price.

The reports also contradict themselves. Capsule CRM says "starting at $700/month plus add-ons" in one place, and Sierra's page also says "$399+/mo."

My August roundup of what 12 real estate CRMs and platforms cost reached the same view. Lofty publishes no tier prices, and the reported ones seem to fit older plans.

My earlier comparison of CRMs for real estate agents lists Lofty at about $449 and up a month. That figure traces back to these third-party reports, not to a price Lofty publishes.

My view: $449 is a fair figure to budget against while you shop. Do not assume it is your quote.

Which Lofty add-ons have published prices?

Short answer: text and call packages, Office and Team add-ons, the AI Sales Agent, a Home Evaluation Page and the Lofty Bloom mail program. Most other add-ons are quote only.

Add-onPublished priceNotes
Text package, Growth$49 a month5,000 texts a month; overage $0.02 per text

Basic packages and texting rules

Basic packages, 2,000 texts and 100 minutes a month, come only with "certain packages," and the article does not say which.

Picture texts cost more. Lofty says "any message with an image, video, or file attached (MMS) always bills as 3 texts." A 1,000-text MMS campaign uses 3,000 texts of your allowance.

AI Sales Agent packages

Source: Lofty help center, "Sales Agent Packages" and a second Sales Agent article, read 27 October 2026. No update date was shown.

Lofty's pricing page calls Sales Agent "Your very own virtual ISA, working 24/7". The Team package is "only available to Company, Office, or Team owners," and "you can change your plan anytime."

Add-ons with no published price

I found no official price for Power Dialer, Social Agent, Homeowner Agent, the SEO and website services, the WordPress IDX Plugin or Lofty Present.

My view: the published add-ons are reasonable on their own. The risk is stacking several, so add each one to your quote and see the monthly total before you sign.

How much are Lofty's ad management fees?

Short answer: 20% of your ad budget, or a flat $150 a month when your total budget is under $750. Buyer and seller lead generation need at least $600 a month in ad budget.

Screenshot of the Pricing and Package Options table in Lofty's help center. Buyer Lead Gen and Seller Lead Gen run on Google, Bing, Facebook and the Lead Gen AI Assistant with a $600 minimum budget, a 20% management fee and a $150 fee for budgets under $750. Single Listing Promotion has a $99 minimum and no fee. Retargeting Ads have a $300 minimum, 20% and $150.

Source: Lofty help center, Lofty Lead Generation FAQs (shown as updated 1 year ago), read 27 October 2026.

The rule: "If the total ad budget is less than $750, the management fee will be a flat rate of $150/month."

Worked examples

Monthly ad budgetManagement feeFee as a share of budgetMonthly total12 months
$600$150 (flat)25%$750$9,000
$700$150 (flat)21.4%$850$10,200
$750$150 (20%)20%$900$10,800
$1,000$200 (20%)20%$1,200$14,400
$1,500$300 (20%)20%$1,800$21,600
$2,000$400 (20%)20%$2,400$28,800

My arithmetic from Lofty's published fee rules, read 27 October 2026. Before phone verification and before the platform fee.

Bar chart of Lofty's ad management fee as a share of the monthly ad budget under its published rule: 25% at a $600 budget and 21.4% at $700, because both pay the flat $150 fee, then 20% at $750, $1,000, $1,500 and $2,000, where the fee is $150, $200, $300 and $400.
The flat $150 fee makes small budgets cost more in percentage terms. My arithmetic from Lofty's rules.

At the $600 minimum, you pay 25% in fees, not 20%. From $750 upward, the fee settles at 20%.

The optional Phone Verification add-on costs "5% of the total ads budget." On a $1,000 budget, the month becomes $1,250: $1,000 in ads, a $200 fee and $50 for verification.

Rules worth knowing before you start ads

  • Ad account: asked whether you can use your own ads account and Facebook Pixel, Lofty answers "No." It says "All the ads Lofty is managing will be under the Lofty advertising account."
  • Reach: "We can target up to two (2) cities with a $600/month budget."
  • Timing: after the 15th, the first billing cycle "can be prorated," but "The management fee will be billed at the full amount to start the campaign."

Lead estimates on the pricing page, such as "20-30 Buyer Leads," come with a warning: "we don't guarantee the actual results." Branding Ads carry a 15% fee instead of 20%.

The page also offers to "Split up to 50% of your digital marketing spend by inviting a lender." Ask your broker before you split marketing costs with a lender.

My view: the flat $150 fee makes the $600 minimum the least efficient budget. If you run Lofty ads, $750 or more keeps the fee at 20%.

Short answer: about $5,388 for software alone at the reported $449 a month, and $14,388 with the minimum ad budget. Enter your own quote to see your number.

It uses Lofty's published add-on prices and ad rules. Lofty publishes no platform price or setup fee, so type in the figures from your quote.

Estimates before tax. The $449 default is a third-party report, not a Lofty price. The cancel figure applies the Terms rule to the platform fee, treats the last 3 months as past the 90-day deadline, and counts ads and add-ons through that month. Your Order Form controls.

Try cancelling in month 6, then month 10, on a 12-month term. The jump shows what the 90-day notice date is worth.

My view: if the number with ads makes you nervous, start with the CRM and add ads later.

What do Lofty's contract and renewal terms say?

Short answer: a committed term is non-cancelable, renews for a year unless you give 90 days' notice, and the fee can rise up to 10% at renewal, or to the full fee if you had a discount. Your Order Form sets the term.

Lofty's Terms of Use were last updated on 17 August 2026. They define the key term this way: "'Committed Term' means the initial fixed-duration subscription period specified in a Member's Order Form during which the Subscription Agreement is non-cancelable, as distinguished from a month-to-month subscription."

Screenshot of Lofty's Terms of Use showing the Committed-term Agreement clause, which auto-renews services for a one-year period unless either party terminates in writing at least ninety calendar days before the contract end date, a paragraph on renewal fees and promotional pricing, and section 6.12 Notice of Non-Renewal with deadlines for monthly and committed-term agreements.

TermWhat Lofty's Terms of Use say
Auto-renewal"Regardless of the initial contract duration, your Services will be auto-renewed for a one-year period at 12:00.01 a.m. on the day after the contract end date unless terminated by either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to the contract end date."
Notice, monthly agreement"Before the start of your next Billing Cycle."
Notice, committed term"At least ninety (90) days prior to the end of your then-current term." Through the Billing Center or in writing to [email protected]
Renewal priceIncreases "will not exceed the lower of ten percent (10%) per twelve (12)-month period above (a) your then-current Fees; or (b) our then-current list price."
Price change notice"at least one hundred twenty (120) calendar days in advance of the renewal"
Discounts"If you received a discount or other promotional offer, we shall have the right to automatically renew your subscription to such Services at the full applicable Fee."
Activation fee"Any Account Activation Fee is due at the time of account setup and is non-refundable."

Source: Lofty Terms of Use, lofty.com/privacy-terms, last updated 17 August 2026, read 27 October 2026.

In practice: on a 12-month term that starts on 1 January, the deadline falls in early October. Miss it, and you are signed up for another year, possibly at the full, undiscounted fee.

My view: put the notice deadline in your calendar the day you sign. It is the most expensive date in the contract.

Can you cancel Lofty early or get a refund?

Short answer: you can request cancellation, but on a committed term you still owe the remaining months, and fees paid are non-refundable.

The Terms say: "Cancellation before the end of a committed term does not relieve you of your payment obligations."

When you cancelWhat you still owe, per the Terms
Before the non-renewal notice deadline"your Monthly Fee multiplied by the number of months remaining in that term"
After the notice deadline"the remaining value of your current Committed Term plus the full value of the upcoming Renewal Term (e.g., twelve (12) months for an annual Renewal Term)"

Source: Lofty Terms of Use, last updated 17 August 2026, read 27 October 2026.

Two examples at the reported $449 a month

Cancel in month 6 of a 12-month term, before the deadline, and you still owe 6 months, or $2,694. Cancel in month 11, after it, and you owe 1 month plus a 12-month renewal: $5,837.

Refunds

  • "Fees paid are non-refundable. There is no proration for partial months."
  • "Except as otherwise stated in the applicable supplemental terms, Add-On fees are non-refundable and non-transferable."
  • Website cancellations: "the remaining days in the billing period are typically not refunded," and "The domain is released."

Sources: Lofty Terms of Use, and Lofty help center, Cancel, Reset, or Downgrade Your Website (Lofty AOS), updated 14 October 2026, read 27 October 2026.

How cancelling works

Owners can "initiate the cancellation process" in the Billing Center, after paying any unpaid bills, per a help article updated 15 May 2026. A Lofty Front help article adds: "your lead data belongs to you."

Ads have their own notice rule, and two sources differ

The help center says "a 30-day notice via Lofty Support ([email protected]) is required" to cancel ads. The Terms ask for notice "at least seven (7) business days prior to the next Billing Cycle."

Neither refunds the remaining monthly ad budget. Check which notice rule your Order Form uses, and give the longer notice to be safe.

My view: ask how a full contact export works before you sign. Leaving is easier when you know the exit.

Which tools connect to Lofty, and do they cost extra?

Short answer: Zillow, Realtor.com, Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, DocuSign and Zapier, among others. Lofty's Integration Center says it "integrates with over 200 tools," with Zapier for "thousands of additional apps."

ToolHow it connectsCost stated?
ZillowSet up in Zillow Premier Agent settings as a one-way partner. New Zillow leads flow into LoftyNo cost mentioned
Follow Up BossTwo-way sync of leads, calls, texts, notes, tasks and transactionsNo cost mentioned
Realtor.com, Dotloop, DocuSign, ZapierNamed on Lofty's Integration CenterNot stated
Listings to LeadsThrough API Nation, a third-party connector, not a native integrationNot stated
WordPressThe Lofty IDX plugin, which needs a Lofty accountBought through Lofty Marketplace; price not published

Sources: lofty.com/integrations, Lofty help center articles on Zillow and Follow Up Boss, API Nation's support site and wordpress.org, read 27 October 2026.

Follow Up Boss two-way sync

Lofty's help article (updated 5 February 2026) says "all leads, both from Lofty and Follow Up Boss, will sync in both directions." It adds one limit: "Communication logs in Follow Up Boss that were created before integrating to Lofty will not be synced to Lofty."

Follow Up Boss's own article says its option "Syncs all leads created in FUB within the last two years into Lofty." Lofty calls a full move from Follow Up Boss "a guided, done-with-you process," with no price stated.

Listings to Leads and other tools

Listings to Leads is not on Lofty's list. API Nation's article, which carries a 2022 copyright, says its connector "will synchronize your Contacts from Listings-To-Leads to your account in Lofty."

For WordPress sites, the Lofty IDX plugin page on WordPress.org says "we cover over 400 MLSs across the United States."

A May 2026 GlobeNewswire headline announced a Canva integration, and RISMedia reported an MCP server for connecting AI tools in October 2026. I found no price for either.

My view: list every lead source you pay for today, and ask the rep to show each one arriving in a demo account.

What do Lofty reviews and ratings say?

Short answer: ratings range from 4.3 on G2 to 1.3 on Trustpilot. Review summaries point to praise for the all-in-one feature set and complaints about support and pricing complexity.

SiteScoreReviewsWhat else the page shows

Lofty's scores on three review sites, 27 October 2026. Review counts in the labels.

Read the scores with care

Trustpilot's 1.3 sits oddly next to its 57% five-star share. The page also notes: "This company hasn't invited customers recently, so reviews may not be representative."

The Close, a review site, gave Lofty a Close Score of 4.1 in June 2026. It scored General features 5.0 and Ease of use 4.4, but Pricing only 1.0.

Luxury Presence, a competitor, says users praise the all-in-one platform and mobile app, and complain about pricing complexity and support response times.

My view: read the 2026 reviews, not the averages. Lofty has changed its platform more than once, so older reviews may describe a different product.

How does Lofty pricing compare with Follow Up Boss, Real Geeks and Sierra?

Short answer: Lofty and BoldTrail do not publish prices, while Follow Up Boss, Real Geeks and Sierra publish theirs. On ad management, Lofty's 20% is twice Sierra's published 10%.

PlatformPublished priceUsersSetup and terms
LoftyNot published; about $449 a month reported by third partiesNot publishedSetup reported at $299 to $2,000; committed terms auto-renew for one year

Sources: followupboss.com/pricing, realgeeks.com/real-geeks-pricing, sierrainteractive.com/pricing and BoldTrail's pricing blog post (5 June 2026), read 27 October 2026. Prices before tax and ad spend.

On ads, Lofty charges 20%, or $150 flat under $750. Sierra charges 10% of Google ad spend with a $500 monthly minimum, per its pricing page read 21 October 2026.

Like-for-like matters

Lofty, Real Geeks and Sierra include a website with search. Follow Up Boss is sold as a CRM, and Lofty's own comparison page marks its website as "Third-party," which is a competitor's description.

For the CRM-only route, see my Follow Up Boss review. For a platform with published prices and a 12-month agreement, see my breakdown of Sierra Interactive plans and fees.

My view: compare year-one totals with the same seats, website and ad budget on each platform, and compare how easy each one is to leave.

What should you ask on the Lofty sales call?

Short answer: ask for the full year-one cost, the exact contract term and the notice date, in writing. These are the gaps Lofty's public pages leave open.

  • What does the "Guaranteed lowest price" promise mean, and how do I claim it?

Contract

  • Is this a committed term or month-to-month, and how long is the term?
  • What is my exact non-renewal notice date?
  • Is any part of my price a discount or promotion, and what is the full fee at renewal?

Ads and leaving

  • For ads, which cancellation notice applies to me: 30 days or 7 business days?
  • How do I export contacts, notes and history if I leave, and what happens to my domain?

My view: send these questions by email before the demo. Written answers are worth more than anything said on the call.

Who is Lofty a good fit for, and is it worth the price?

Short answer, in my view: worth it for teams that will use the website, CRM, AI tools and managed ads together. For a solo agent who needs only a CRM, probably not.

Lofty can fit if you

  • Want one login for your IDX site, CRM, texting, dialer and AI follow-up.
  • Run a team or brokerage that needs lead routing and reporting.
  • Plan to run ads at $750 a month or more, where the fee settles at 20%.
  • Are comfortable negotiating a quote and tracking a notice date.

Think twice if you

  • Want published prices and month-to-month terms.
  • Only need a CRM, and already have a website you like.
  • Want your ads in your own ad account. Lofty runs managed ads under its account.
  • Have a small ad budget. At the $600 minimum, the effective fee is 25%.
StrengthsWeaknesses
IDX website, CRM, dialer and AI tools in every planNo published plan prices, seats or setup fees
Published prices for texting, calling and some add-onsCommitted terms are non-cancelable and auto-renew for a year
Two-way sync with Follow Up Boss and a Zillow lead feed20% ad fee, or 25% at the $600 minimum
Renewal increases capped at 10% with 120 days' notice, though discounts can endRatings vary widely, with weaker scores for support

My view: if you choose Lofty, negotiate the quote, write down the notice date and start small on ads. A new agent with no leads yet will pay for features they do not need.

What I could not verify

Be careful with any page that fills these gaps with a confident number.

  • Plan prices, seats and extra-user costs for Agent, Team, Broker and Enterprise. Lofty publishes none.
  • Setup and Account Activation Fee amounts. The Terms mention the fee but give no amount.
  • The standard contract length for core plans. It is set in each Order Form.
  • Prices for Power Dialer, Social Agent, Homeowner Agent and the SEO and website services.
  • Lofty Present. My August roundup listed $19.99 a month from Lofty's help center; I could not find that price on the current help article.
  • Which plans include the Basic call and text packages, and how text overages bill.
  • What "CRM Professional Plan" means. It appears in pricing page footnotes but not in the plan table.
  • Dates on some help articles. The ad FAQ showed only "Updated 1 year ago," and the Sales Agent articles showed no date.
  • A reported $50 a month Lofty price for Real Brokerage agents. I did not read Real's own page, so I left it out.
