Real Estate CRM and Platform Pricing in 2026: What 12 Systems Actually Cost

Aug 14, 2026
Real Estate CRM and Platform Pricing

Here is the answer first, checked on 14 August 2026. Six of these twelve platforms publish a price. Wise Agent starts at $49 per month, AgentFire at $165, Top Producer at $179 per user, Sierra Interactive at $299.95, Real Geeks at $399 flat and Follow Up Boss at $69 per user. The other six, BoldTrail, Lofty, BoomTown, CINC, Ylopo and Realvolve, publish plan names and a demo form. For those I give reported figures with the source and the date attached, and I say plainly where the reported numbers are too weak to budget from.

I am Saad Jamil. I have closed more than $500M and over 800 homes in Northern Virginia, I still list and sell today, and I run a competing real estate coaching program at Jamil Academy. So read this knowing I compete for the same budget these vendors are chasing. I am not an affiliate for any platform here and I earn nothing if you buy one.

The labelling is the point. Most pricing articles print quote only numbers in the same voice as published ones, which is how a 2024 review figure ends up in your budget as though the vendor said it. I use three labels and never mix them: published by the vendor, vendor publishes add-ons only, and not published with a reported figure. For an opinion on which system is best rather than what it costs, see which CRM is actually best for real estate agents.

Quick Answer

As of 14 August 2026, six of these twelve platforms publish pricing. Wise Agent is the cheapest published entry at $49 per month for up to five team members. Follow Up Boss Grow is $69 per user per month, AgentFire Pro is $165 per month, Top Producer Pro is $179 per user per month, Sierra Interactive Starter is $299.95 per month on annual billing and Real Geeks is $399 per month flat for two users. BoldTrail, Lofty, BoomTown, CINC, Ylopo and Realvolve publish no tier prices, although Lofty and CINC publish some add-on prices. For Ylopo the reported figures conflict so badly that no usable public number exists.

What these platforms cost at a glance

Read the second column first. It tells you whether the price beside it came from the company or from somebody else guessing.

Platform Price transparency Entry price Setup fee Contract
Wise Agent Published by the vendor $49 per month, up to 5 members None Month to month
Follow Up Boss Published by the vendor $69 per user per month, Grow None None, cancel any time
AgentFire Published by the vendor $165 per month, Pro Design package $800 to $6,500 No minimum
Top Producer Published by the vendor $179 per user per month, Pro Not published, $99 to $499 reported Not published, one year reported
Sierra Interactive Published by the vendor $299.95 per month annual, Starter $0 prepaid, $500 in instalments 12 months, no monthly option
Real Geeks Published by the vendor $399 per month flat, 2 users $500 one time 6 or 12 month options shown
Lofty Vendor publishes add-ons only Tiers not published, $449 reported Reported $299 to $2,000, sources conflict Not published
CINC Vendor publishes add-ons only Tiers not published, $899 solo reported Exists per vendor terms, amount not published Set in the order form, then monthly
BoldTrail Not published, reported figure Reported from $499 per month Reported $500 to $2,000 One year minimum reported
BoomTown Not published, reported figure Reported $1,000 for Launch Reported $750 to $1,700, sources conflict 12 months reported
Realvolve Not published, reported figure Reported $59 or $94, sources conflict Sign up fee exists, amount not published Not published
Ylopo Not published, reported figure No usable public figure Reported $1,000 to $2,000, sources conflict Cancellation reported as 30 or 90 days

The market splits cleanly. Six vendors let you budget from your desk. Two more, Lofty and CINC, hide the tier price but publish some add-on prices. Four publish nothing usable at all.

The entry prices are not like for like. Wise Agent's $49 covers five people, Follow Up Boss charges $69 for one, and AgentFire sells a website rather than a CRM.

The contract column is where the real money hides. A wrong call on Wise Agent costs one month. A wrong call on Sierra Interactive costs twelve, because the fees are non refundable and there is no monthly option.

Half of them will not tell you the price

Twelve platforms, six published prices. That should change how you read every other article on the subject.

Here is the discipline I am applying, and it holds for every section below. Published by the vendor means the number sits on the company's own site and I fetched it on 14 August 2026. Vendor publishes add-ons only means the tier price is behind a demo form but some add-on prices are on the company's own help pages. Not published with a reported figure means no vendor price exists, so I give you what a third party says, who said it and when, and I label it unverified.

Those are not decorative labels. A published price is a commitment made in public. A reported price is somebody's recollection of a quote, sometimes copied from another article, sometimes attached to a dead plan.

Unpublished pricing is not a moral failing, and Ylopo makes a coherent case for it that I quote later. But it means you cannot shortlist without sitting through demos, and the number you are quoted reflects how badly you appear to want it. Write your ceiling down first. If that ceiling is genuinely zero this month, work from my list of genuinely free CRM options until you have transactions to justify a subscription.

Follow Up Boss pricing

Published by the vendor. Taken from followupboss.com/pricing on 14 August 2026, and corroborated without conflict by luxurypresence.com on 14 May 2026 and cloudtalk.io on 29 July 2026.

Tier Monthly billing Annual billing Users included
Grow $69 per user per month $58 per user per month Priced per user
Pro $499 per month flat $416 per month 10
Platform $1,000 per month flat $833 per month 30

The vendor states two months free on annual billing, no contracts, no setup fees, cancellation at any time and a 14 day free trial. Extra seats are $49 monthly or $41 annual on Grow and on Pro beyond the ten included, and $20 or $17 on Platform beyond the thirty.

One add-on matters. Calling and the dialer are $39 per user per month on Grow, or $33 annual, and are bundled into Pro and Platform. So a Grow user who dials is really paying $108 per user per month, which changes the comparison against Pro once you have six people.

There is no website, no IDX, no paid ad tools and no transaction management, and on Grow, call reporting and shared inboxes are held back for Pro. Follow Up Boss is a CRM and nothing else.

Sierra Interactive pricing

Published by the vendor. From sierrainteractive.com/pricing on 14 August 2026, matched to the cent by luxurypresence.com on 3 May 2026 and pinova.in on 3 July 2026.

Tier Annual billing Monthly instalments Users included
Starter $299.95 per month $359.95 per month 1
Essential $399.95 per month $474.95 per month 3
Growth $599.95 per month $724.95 per month 5

Now the part that matters more than the prices. All three tiers carry a twelve month agreement. There is no month to month option, and what the page calls monthly is instalments on a twelve month term. It auto renews, and the vendor's terms state fees are non refundable with no credits for unused months. That is the sharpest contract term of any platform here.

Setup reflects it: $0 if you prepay the twelve months in full, $500 if you pay in instalments. The cancellation notice period is not published, because the public terms defer to your signed agreement.

Seat pricing rewards scale steeply. Starter is $75 per extra user per month. Essential is $60 for users four to ten and $25 from eleven up. Growth is $20 for users six to ten, $10 for eleven to forty nine and $5 beyond fifty.

Add-ons, all vendor published: the dialer is $100 per month on Starter and included above it, Lead Engage AI is $199 per month and unavailable on Starter, website design upgrades are $100 to $150 per month, extra MLS feeds are $25 each, and Google PPC management is 10 percent with a $500 minimum ad spend.

Real Geeks pricing

Published by the vendor. From realgeeks.com/pricing on 14 August 2026, corroborated by agentadvice.com on 10 July 2026.

The Real Geeks Platform is $399 per month flat and includes two users. The page describes it as having no hidden costs or usage fees. Setup is $500 one time, and the page shows commitment options of six months and twelve months.

Extra seats are among the cheapest here: $25 each per month for users three to ten, $10 for eleven to forty, $5 for forty one to one hundred and $1 beyond that. A ten person team pays $599 per month all in.

Paid add-ons, vendor published: the Social Lead Package is $299 per month, the Search Lead Package is $599, the Seller Lead Package is $599, Geek AI Text is $49 and free with any lead package, and IDX feeds are $10 per month per MLS board. The lead packages cost more than the platform.

One discrepancy to flag. theclose.com on 17 June 2026 reports four Real Geeks tiers at $299, $599, $999 and $1,599 per month with a $250 setup fee. The vendor's own page and agentadvice.com both show the single $399 plan with $500 setup, so I treat the vendor figure as current.

Top Producer pricing

Published by the vendor. From topproducer.com/pricing on 14 August 2026.

Plan Published price Notes
Pro $179 per user per month CRM only
Pro + Leads From $479 per month Vendor footnote: varies with lead volume
Pro + Farming From $599 per month Vendor footnote: varies with farm size
Pro Teams 5 $399 per month Up to 5 users
Pro Teams 10 $699 per month Up to 10 users
Pro Teams 25 $1,199 per month Up to 25 users

Two add-ons are vendor published: a Top Producer Website at $35 per user per month and FiveStreet lead routing at $25 per user per month. The setup fee is not published. luxurypresence.com on 3 June 2026 reports $99 to $499 by tier, a single source, so treat it as a signal rather than a figure. The same source, updated 12 August 2026, reports a one year contract with no pro rating on early cancellation. The vendor's terms pages returned 404, so that stays unverified.

There is a conflict worth naming. Aggregator listings on g2.com dated 30 April 2026 and on capterra.com show $129, $429 and $399 for Pro, Pro + Leads and Pro + Farming. The vendor page fetched today shows $179, $479 and $599, so the aggregators appear stale.

Top Producer illustrates the hazard better than anyone. Its own FAQ page still shows $39.95 per month and carries a 2019 copyright notice. If a vendor cannot keep two of its own pages consistent, a review site copying from it has no chance.

Wise Agent pricing

Published by the vendor. From wiseagent.com/pricing on 14 August 2026, with every figure independently matched by theclose.com. This is the cheapest published price in the comparison, by a wide margin.

The CRM plan is $49 per month, or $42 per month billed annually at $499 per year. CRM plus WiseSocial is $69 per month, or $59 per month billed annually at $699 per year. There is an Enterprise tier for teams of fifteen and up, priced on request.

There is no setup fee. The vendor states no setup or hidden fees and includes onboarding. Billing is month to month with no contracts, and there is a 14 day free trial. Up to five team members are included on a shared login, which is why the headline number goes further than it looks.

Extra capacity is cheap: additional team members are $20 per month per five members, and an additional individual login is $20 per month each. Add-ons are lead enhancement credits at $5 per month, WiseText SMS at $11 per month plus an $80 one time registration fee, extra landing pages at $5 per month and a WiseSocial account at $20 per month.

Wise Agent suits a solo agent or small team needing a database, task automation and drip campaigns. It is the wrong answer if you want IDX search or paid lead delivery. I put it against a pricier rival in my Follow Up Boss and Wise Agent head to head comparison.

AgentFire pricing

Published by the vendor. From agentfire.com/pricing on 14 August 2026, corroborated by aiandrealtors.com on 1 August 2026. AgentFire is a website platform rather than a CRM, so it belongs in your budget alongside one rather than instead of one.

Pro is $165 per month and Plus is $215 per month. The one time design packages function as the setup fee and are the number people miss: Ignite is $800, Custom is $2,750 and Firebrand is $6,500. There is no minimum term, and the vendor FAQ states plainly that they do not do long term contracts.

Extra seats through Team Link are $10 each per month for the first forty nine users, $7 for fifty to ninety nine and $5 beyond one hundred. That is the cheapest per seat pricing of any published vendor here.

Add-ons, all published: AgentFire Plus at $50 per month, Google Business Profile optimization at $500 per month, Home Values Enrich at $29 per month, the Neighborhood Quiz at $20 per month, ClickMaps from $400 one time and Local SEO setup at $250. AgentFire Ads is quote only. IDX is included, but MLS pass through fees are not.

If a website is what you are shopping for, compare this against the wider field in my guide to real estate website builders and IDX before you buy a design package you cannot refund.

BoldTrail, formerly kvCORE, pricing

Not published by the vendor. BoldTrail publishes three tier names and zero prices: BoldTrail BASE, BoldTrail PLUS and BoldTrail PRO. Each shows Talk to Sales where a number would be, and boldtrail.com/pricing gates everything behind a demo form.

Reported figures, all unverified. agentadvice.com, updated 14 August 2026, and realestateskills.com on 9 January 2026 both say a solo agent starts at $499 per month. justarealtor.com on 12 December 2025 reports $499 to $750 for a solo. luxurypresence.com on 14 May 2026 reports $499 to $999 for teams of five to ten and $1,499 to $2,500 for teams of twenty five and up. dmrmedia.org on 1 June 2025 gives a range of $299 to $1,800.

Here is the caveat that matters more than any of those numbers. realestateskills.com traces its $499 figure back to an older AgentAdvice review, so the apparent agreement may be one number recirculating rather than two independent confirmations. Repetition is not corroboration.

Setup is reported at $500 to $1,000 by justarealtor.com and $500 to $2,000 by dmrmedia.org, neither vendor confirmed. justarealtor.com reports a one year minimum term, also unconfirmed. Per seat cost, cancellation terms and add-on prices are not verified anywhere, which is a large blind spot for a platform this widely used.

Lofty, formerly Chime, pricing

Vendor publishes add-ons only. Lofty shows four tier names and no tier prices: Lofty Agent, Lofty Team, Lofty Broker and Lofty Enterprise, each with a Request Pricing button. But Lofty does publish a real add-on price list on its own help centre, which is unusual and genuinely useful.

Vendor published add-on Price
AI Sales Agent Starts at $60 per month for 200 leads, then $30 per month per extra 100 leads
Office add-on $299 per month per office
Team add-on $299 per month per team
Call packages Growth $15 per month plus $0.03 per minute overage, Elite $79 per month unlimited
Text packages Growth $49 per month plus $0.02 per text, Elite $89 per month plus $0.015 per text
Lofty Present $19.99 per month
Ad services 20 percent management fee, or flat $150 for budgets under $750

Lofty also publishes its minimum ad budgets: $600 for lead generation, $99 for a single listing promotion and $300 for retargeting. Those are real numbers you can plan around.

Reported tier prices, unverified: Core at $449 per month, Premier at $700 and Enterprise at $1,500, from theclose.com on 17 June 2026 and luxurypresence.com on 21 May 2026. Read those names against the four Lofty publishes. Core, Premier and Enterprise do not match Lofty Agent, Lofty Team, Lofty Broker and Lofty Enterprise.

capsulecrm.com flagged exactly this on 23 December 2025. The reported prices appear to attach to superseded plans, so quoting them as current would mislead you even though two sources agree. Setup fees conflict too: theclose.com reports $500, $1,000 and $2,000 by tier, and luxurypresence.com reports $299 to $1,499. Both are here because averaging them would invent a number neither source stated.

BoomTown pricing

Not published by the vendor. BoomTown publishes tier names only, Launch, Core, Grow and Advance, plus btPRO. Its pricing page at boomtownroi.com/pricing returns a 404, which is its own kind of answer.

Reported and unverified: Launch at $1,000 per month, Grow at $1,300 and Advance at $1,500, from techradar.com updated 14 July 2026, realestatebees.com on 4 May 2026, hooquest.com and propertyleads.com. Notice what is missing. Core has no reported price from any of them, so a tier in the middle of BoomTown's lineup has no public number.

Setup fees conflict. techradar.com on 14 July 2026 reports a flat $1,500 across tiers. realestatebees.com, hooquest.com and propertyleads.com report $750 for Launch, $1,700 for Grow and $1,500 for Advance. Those cannot be reconciled, so both are here.

Ad spend sits on top, and the required minimum conflicts too. techradar.com on 14 July 2026 says at least $1,000 per month. hooquest.com on 14 February 2024 and propertyleads.com on 1 May 2023 say $250 or more with Launch, and both are notably older. The ad management fee is reported at 15 percent of the prior month's spend by luxurypresence.com on 14 May 2026, a single source that is also a competitor.

Contract length is reported as twelve months. BoomTown's own RealContact terms page, which covers its ISA add-on rather than the core platform, states the initial term is set in the order form and then auto renews monthly with thirty days notice to terminate.

CINC pricing

Vendor publishes add-ons only. CINC publishes four tier names and no prices: Solo for one user, Ramp for up to four, Pro for up to forty nine and Select for fifty and up. Its own FAQ answer to how much CINC costs contains no number.

Two add-on prices are vendor published, and they are the only firm CINC figures in existence: CINC AI starting at $200 per month, and the dialer at three lines for $75 per month.

Reported and unverified: $899 per month for a solo and from $1,299 for teams, per agentadvice.com on 6 April 2026, theclose.com updated 25 June 2025 and itqlick.com on 1 July 2026. capterra.com in 2026 reports $1,000 per month. techradar.com on 14 July 2026 reports a minimum of $1,000 for licensing alone with an all in figure of $1,500 to $3,000. Those claims measure different things, which is why I am not collapsing them into one range.

The setup fee is the interesting detail. CINC's own terms and conditions confirm that a published nonrefundable set-up fee exists. The amount is published nowhere. So the vendor has committed in writing to a fee whose size you cannot discover until you are in a sales conversation.

Contract terms come from CINC's own documents: the initial term is set per order form, it auto renews month to month, early termination requires paying the remaining term, and all fees are non refundable. The term length is not published. Ad spend is separate and reported from around $500 per month.

Ylopo pricing

Not published by the vendor. Ylopo publishes three tier names and no prices: Solo, Growing Team and Complete. Its stated reason is the most honest defence of quote based pricing I found: a flat sticker either overcharges the solo agent or underdelivers for the team doing real volume.

Now the reported figures, the weakest data in this comparison. theclose.com, updated 25 June 2025 and so roughly fourteen months old, reports Tech Plus at $345 per month and Starter at $545 per month including $300 of ad credit. luxurypresence.com on 15 May 2026, a competitor that labels its own numbers as estimates, gives Suite at around $295 to $500 and Suite plus at around $795. agentadvice.com on 6 April 2026 says it starts at $795.

Look at what that adds up to. The reported range runs from $295 to $795, more than double from bottom to top. And not one of those plan names, Tech Plus, Starter, Suite or Suite plus, maps onto the three tiers Ylopo currently publishes.

So I will say the useful thing rather than the convenient one. There is no usable public Ylopo price. Anyone printing a single Ylopo number in a 2026 comparison table is either averaging conflicting estimates or recycling a fourteen month old figure for a renamed plan. Budget for Ylopo only from a written quote.

The surrounding terms are just as unsettled. Setup is reported at $1,500 by theclose.com and $1,000 to $2,000 by luxurypresence.com. Cancellation notice is reported as 90 days by theclose.com and typically 30 days by luxurypresence.com, a direct contradiction on the term that determines your exposure. Ad spend is separate, estimated at $1,000 to $2,500 and up per month.

One structural point is easy to miss and expensive to discover late. Ylopo is not a CRM and requires you to run one alongside it. luxurypresence.com names Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, Sierra and Lofty as the usual pairings. So whatever Ylopo quotes you, add a CRM subscription before comparing that total against anything else here.

Realvolve pricing

Not published by the vendor. Realvolve publishes four package names and no prices: Basic, Accelerate, Navigator and Concierge. The only dollar figure the company publishes anywhere is a FAQ line saying Accelerate costs just $5 per month more than Basic.

The vendor also confirms a sign up fee exists. Its pricing page offers two months free plus a sign up fee on annual billing, but never states the amount. Confirming a charge without disclosing its size is a pattern you will notice more than once here.

Reported entry prices conflict by roughly 60 percent. g2.com on 9 October 2024, forbes.com on 29 July 2024 and selecthub.com report $94 per month for Basic and $99 for Accelerate. capterra.com in 2026, getapp.com in June 2026 and softwareadvice.com report $59 per month. All unverified.

There is one genuine clue in that mess. The $94 and $99 pair is arithmetically consistent with the vendor's own line that Accelerate costs $5 per month more than Basic. The $59 figure has no such corroboration. That does not make $94 correct, but it is the more internally consistent claim.

Against that, the current lineup no longer matches the plan names those sources priced, so both figures may attach to superseded packages. Confidence in any Realvolve number is low, and I would rather say so than round the claims into something that looks authoritative.

What happened to LionDesk

If LionDesk is on your shortlist, take it off. You cannot buy it, and you keep seeing it in comparison articles because most have not been rewritten since 2024.

Lone Wolf Technologies acquired LionDesk in 2021. The wind down was announced on 16 May 2025, reported by inman.com and housingwire.com that day. Service ended at the end of September 2025. No source published an exact calendar day, so I will not invent one.

Existing customers were migrated to Lone Wolf Relationships, part of Lone Wolf's Foundation platform, with migration and data transfer support. Lone Wolf CEO Jimmy Kelly told Inman: this is not a decision we take lightly, it has been part of our family for a few years now, but when we got into LionDesk we learned, unfortunately, that it was not going to fit the need of that longer term vision.

On price, Inman reported that Lone Wolf Relationships pricing would be comparable to LionDesk's starting rates, which previously began at $25 per month. Lone Wolf does not publish Relationships pricing, so that is a statement about a predecessor rather than a current price.

I checked directly on 14 August 2026. liondesk.com redirects to a bare login application, and liondesk.com/pricing returns a 404. Use that as a filter: if a 2026 article still quotes you LionDesk tiers, none of its other numbers have been checked either.

The costs that are not in the sticker price

Every number above is a starting point. Here is what actually lands on the invoice.

Cost you did not budget for Where it shows up
Setup and onboarding Zero on Follow Up Boss and Wise Agent, $500 on Real Geeks, up to $6,500 for AgentFire Firebrand
Per seat costs Sierra $75 on Starter, Real Geeks $25 for users 3 to 10, AgentFire $10 for the first 49
Ad management fees Lofty 20 percent, Sierra 10 percent with a $500 minimum spend, BoomTown reportedly 15 percent
MLS and IDX pass through Real Geeks $10 per board per month, Sierra $25 per extra feed, AgentFire passes MLS fees to you
Metered calling and texting Follow Up Boss $39 per user on Grow, Lofty calls $15 or $79 and texts $49 or $89, Wise Agent WiseText $11 plus $80 to register
Contract lock in Sierra twelve months, non refundable. CINC requires paying out the remaining term. Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent and AgentFire have none
The CRM you still need Ylopo is not a CRM and has to be paired with one, so add a full second subscription

Two deserve emphasis. Contract lock in is the biggest financial risk here and the one nobody screenshots. Sierra Interactive's twelve month agreement with non refundable fees means a wrong choice costs you the full year, while Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent and AgentFire let you leave next month.

Ad spend is the other. It sits outside every price here, charges a percentage on top, and on platforms built around paid leads it routinely exceeds the software bill. For what those leads should cost, I broke the channels down in what real estate leads cost per channel.

Where my interest sits. I sell coaching for real estate agents, so I benefit when you conclude that follow up habits matter more than software. That is not an argument for buying nothing. It is an argument for buying the cheapest system you will actually open every morning and putting the difference into contacts.

Work out your real first year cost

Comparing monthly sticker prices is the wrong exercise, because setup fees, extra seats, add-ons and ad management all land on the same card. Put your own numbers in and see the whole bill.

It shows two totals on purpose. Year one carries the setup fee. Year two does not. A platform with a low subscription and a high setup fee can lose the first year and win every year after it.

Planning estimates based only on the figures you enter, not a quote and not financial advice.

Two things usually jump out. Extra seats compound, because they recur every month while setup is charged once. And 20 percent ad management on a $2,000 budget adds $400 a month.

Frequently asked questions

Why do so many real estate CRMs refuse to publish prices?

Six of the twelve platforms here publish no tier price at all. BoldTrail, Lofty, BoomTown, CINC, Ylopo and Realvolve show plan names and a demo form instead of a number. Ylopo states its reasoning openly: a flat sticker either overcharges the solo agent or underdelivers for the team doing real volume. That is defensible. It also means you cannot budget before a sales call, you cannot compare like for like, and the figure you are quoted is shaped by how eager you sound.

Which real estate CRM has the lowest published price?

Wise Agent, at $49 per month, or $42 per month billed annually at $499 per year. That includes up to five team members on a shared login, no setup fee, no contract and a 14 day free trial. CRM plus WiseSocial is $69 per month or $699 per year. Follow Up Boss Grow is next at $69 per user per month, charged per user rather than per account.

How much should a solo agent budget for a CRM and a website?

On published prices only, the cheapest combination is Wise Agent at $49 per month with an AgentFire Pro site at $165 per month, so $214 per month plus AgentFire's cheapest design package, Ignite, at $800. From a single vendor, Real Geeks is $399 per month flat for two users with a $500 setup fee, and Sierra Interactive Starter is $299.95 per month on annual billing for one user. Add MLS and IDX pass through fees.

Are setup fees standard on real estate CRMs?

No. Follow Up Boss and Wise Agent both state that they charge no setup fee. Real Geeks publishes a $500 one time fee. Sierra Interactive charges nothing if you prepay the twelve month agreement in full and $500 if you pay in instalments. AgentFire's design packages run $800, $2,750 and $6,500. CINC's own terms confirm a nonrefundable set-up fee exists but never state the amount.

Which platforms lock you into a contract?

Sierra Interactive is the clearest case. All three tiers carry a twelve month agreement, there is no month to month option, and the vendor's terms state fees are non refundable with no credits for unused months. Real Geeks shows six month and twelve month commitment options. CINC's own terms require you to pay out the remaining term to leave early. Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent and AgentFire all state no contract.

Can I still buy LionDesk in 2026?

No. Lone Wolf Technologies acquired LionDesk in 2021, announced the wind down on 16 May 2025, and the service ended at the end of September 2025. Customers were migrated to Lone Wolf Relationships, part of the Foundation platform. Checked on 14 August 2026, liondesk.com redirects to a bare login application and liondesk.com/pricing returns a 404. Lone Wolf does not publish Relationships pricing.

Does the sticker price include ad spend?

Almost never, and neither is the fee for managing that spend. Lofty publishes a 20 percent ad management fee, or a flat $150 for budgets under $750, with a $600 minimum budget for lead generation. Sierra Interactive charges 10 percent with a $500 minimum ad spend. BoomTown's fee is reported at 15 percent by a competitor, so treat it carefully.

All pricing on this page was researched on 14 August 2026. Figures labelled as published by the vendor were taken from each company's own pricing or help pages on that date. Figures labelled as reported come from the named third party on the date given, are unverified, and may attach to plans since renamed or withdrawn. Where sources conflict, both figures are shown rather than averaged. Prices and contract terms change without notice, so confirm both with each vendor before you buy.
