How the math works
The calculator starts with your commission rate on the side(s) you represent. Then it applies referral and team/lead splits, optional misc %, andâonly if enabledâyour brokerage split up to the remaining cap. Finally it subtracts fixed fees.

Today you model your actual side commission. Enter the % you charge on the side you represent.
Donât have a brokerage split?
Uncheck âI have a brokerage split/cap.â Brokerage rows and math are removed from the calculation.
How do I handle both sides?
Choose âBoth Sidesâ and enter a second commission %. The tool adds both sides before applying deductions.
