Wise Agent Pricing and Review (2026): Real Costs, Add-Ons and Fit
Oct 15, 2026
Wise Agent costs $49 a month, or $499 a year if you pay up front. That is the CRM plan. It covers up to 5 team members on one shared login.
The plan with WiseSocial, its social media add-on, costs $69 a month or $699 a year. Texting is extra: $11 a month per number, plus a one-time $80 registration fee.
That makes Wise Agent cheaper than the other published real estate CRM prices I checked. The catch is the add-ons, a shared login on the base plan and a 30-day cancellation notice in its terms.
This review covers every published price, what is included, what users say, how to cancel and who it fits. I read Wise Agent's pricing page, help center and terms of service on 15 October 2026.
Where I stand: I am a Realtor with Samson Properties in Virginia, and I run Jamil Academy, which sells training to agents. Wise Agent does not pay me, and I did not run a paid account for this review. The one product block near the end is my own.
Quick answer
- Price: $49 a month, or $499 a year (about $42 a month). With WiseSocial: $69 a month or $699 a year.
- Users: up to 5 team members share one login. More members cost $20 a month per 5. Separate logins cost $20 a month each.
- Texting: WiseText costs $11 a month for 1,000 credits, plus a one-time $80 registration fee.
- Terms: 14-day free trial, month to month. The terms ask for 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle and say fees are non-refundable.
- Reviews: 4.4 out of 5 on Capterra from 531 reviews, most of them from 2018 and 2019.
- Best for: solo agents and small teams who want a low, published price and can live without a native phone app.

How much does Wise Agent cost in 2026?
Short answer: $49 a month, or $499 a year, for the base CRM. Wise Agent publishes three plans on its pricing page.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM | $49 a month | $499 a year (about $42 a month) | Solo agents and small teams, up to 5 members |
| CRM + WiseSocial | $69 a month | $699 a year (about $59 a month) | Agents who want automated social posts |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Teams of 15 or more agents |
Source: wiseagent.com pricing page, read 15 October 2026. Prices in US dollars, before tax.
Paying for a year saves $89 on the CRM plan ($588 versus $499). On the WiseSocial plan it saves $129 ($828 versus $699).
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 14-day free trial. Under the terms of service, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.
Are there setup fees?
The pricing page FAQ says Wise Agent has "no setup costs or hidden fees." Onboarding is listed as complimentary.
Texting is the exception worth knowing. Turning on WiseText carries a one-time $80 registration fee, which I explain below.
Watch for old prices
Some older pages still show lower figures. Wise Agent's own contact management page carries $29 a month in its page description, and one help article updated in July 2026 mentions a "$32 plan."
G2 also lists $32 a month. The current pricing page says $49, so use that number.
My view: $499 a year is a fair price for what the base plan includes. Just budget for the extras you will really use before you compare it with other CRMs.
What do you get with the $49 Wise Agent plan?
Short answer: more than the price suggests, in my view. The base plan includes transaction management, drip campaigns and 24/7 support, not just contacts.
Here is what the pricing page lists as included with every plan:
- Contact and lead management, with lead automation.
- Drip campaigns, bulk email and marketing tools, including a monthly newsletter and stock real estate content.
- Transaction management, with checklists and client portals.
- A team calendar and reporting tools.
- One customizable landing page.
- 100 lead enhancement credits.
- Unlimited document storage.
- Free 24/7 live support, unlimited training and complimentary onboarding.
Source: wiseagent.com pricing and feature pages, read 15 October 2026.
What the base plan does not include
- Two-way texting, which needs WiseText.
- Separate logins for each team member.
- The AI Bot for text follow-up, which is charged per conversation.
- The Power Dialer, an IDX website and extra landing pages.
In my view, transaction management is the stand-out item. Some CRMs leave it to a separate tool. If you close a few deals a month without a coordinator, it may save you a second subscription.
My view: compare the full included list, not the headline price. A cheaper CRM that needs a separate transaction tool can cost more in the end.
Which Wise Agent add-ons cost extra?
Short answer: texting, separate logins, extra members, the AI Bot, extra landing pages and lead data. Each one is small, but they add up.
| Add-on | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Extra team members | $20 a month per batch of 5 | Beyond the 5 included members |
| Separate logins | $20 a month per login | Gives a team member their own login and permissions |
| WiseText (two-way texting) | $11 a month per number | 1,000 credits a month, plus a one-time $80 registration fee |
| AI Bot | $1.50 per conversation | Needs WiseText. Text follow-up using real estate scripts |
| Unlimited lead enhancement | $5 a month | After the 100 included credits |
| Extra landing pages | $5 a month per active page | One page is included |
| WiseSocial on its own | $20 a month | Social posting powered by Back at You Media |
| Power Dialer by WAVV | Not published | Three packages, billed monthly |
| IDX website | Not published | Priced by design, features and MLS |
Sources: wiseagent.com pricing and websites pages, and Wise Agent help center articles on the AI Bot and the WAVV dialer, read 15 October 2026.

Add-ons that need a closer look
The AI Bot: it texts new leads using scripts and charges per conversation. The help center lists a starter package of 10 credits for $15. Ten conversations a month adds $180 a year.
Integrations with their own fees: the help center's integrations page lists ConnectNow at $10 a month and Revaluate at $74 per 1,000 contacts. These are separate from your Wise Agent plan.
My view: add up the add-ons before the trial ends. For most solo agents, WiseText is the only must-have, and it adds $132 a year plus the $80 fee.
How does WiseText work, and what is the $80 fee?
Short answer: WiseText gives you a texting number for $11 a month, and the $80 pays for carrier registration. You cannot text until that registration is approved.
Wise Agent's help center calls the $80 a "one-time $80 A2P 10DLC Text Messaging registration fee." A2P 10DLC is the system US carriers use for business texting from ordinary 10-digit numbers.
Its 10DLC FAQ says businesses must register their number with The Campaign Registry. Wise Agent's terms describe these texting fees as non-refundable.
How texting credits work
- Each number costs $11 a month and comes with 1,000 credits.
- Each text you send uses one credit.
- There is no charge when a contact texts or calls you back.
- Credits you buy separately roll over. The help center says the 1,000 included monthly credits do not.
- If your registration fails after the first free submission, each resubmission costs $15.
Sources: Wise Agent help center articles "Adding WiseText" (updated 1 August 2025) and "10DLC FAQs" (updated 18 August 2025), read 15 October 2026.
Plan for the wait
The 10DLC FAQ says vetting "will take approximately 7-10 business days" and that this is not a guarantee. You cannot send texts while it is pending.
So register on the first day of your trial. Otherwise you may reach the end of the 14 days without testing texting at all.
My view: carrier registration is an industry requirement for business texting, so expect some setup step with any CRM that texts. The pricing page does list the $80 under WiseText, but the "no hidden fees" FAQ line does not mention it.
What will Wise Agent cost you? Try the calculator
Short answer: $499 in year one for a solo agent on the yearly base plan, or $711 with texting. Your number depends on users, logins and add-ons.
The calculator uses Wise Agent's published list prices from 15 October 2026. It also shows the lowest published Follow Up Boss plan for the same number of users, for comparison.
List prices only, before tax. Add-ons are priced monthly in both billing modes. Follow Up Boss uses its cheapest published plan for your user count (Grow, Pro or Platform), with no calling add-on. Feature sets differ, so this compares price, not value.
How the calculator counts
- Members: 5 people are included. Each extra group of up to 5 adds $20 a month.
- Logins: the 5 included members share one login. Separate logins cost $20 a month each.
- Year one: adds the one-time $80 registration. Sole proprietors get one number per registration. A Standard Brand, required if you have an EIN, can put many numbers under one $80 registration. Ask Wise Agent which applies to you.
- Follow Up Boss: Grow is $69 per user a month, or $58 on annual billing. Pro is $499 a month for 10 users, or $416 annual.
My view: run it twice, once with what you need today and once with what you will need in a year. A CRM is painful to move, so price the second number too.
Does Wise Agent work for a real estate team?
Short answer: yes for small teams, with one catch. The 5 included members share a single login unless you pay for separate ones.
The pricing page lists "Up to 5 Team Members (shared login)." Separate logins cost $20 a month each and let you "use permissions to restrict access."
| Team setup | CRM plan | Extra members | Separate logins | Monthly total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo agent | $49 | None | None | $49 |
| 5 people, shared login | $49 | None | None | $49 |
| 5 people, own logins | $49 | None | 4 x $20 | $129 |
| 10 people, shared login | $49 | $20 | None | $69 |
| 10 people, own logins | $49 | $20 | 9 x $20 | $249 |
My arithmetic from the wiseagent.com pricing page, monthly billing, read 15 October 2026. It assumes the main account keeps the original login. Ask Wise Agent to confirm how logins are counted.
Lead routing and permissions
Wise Agent's team page says leads "are assigned based on your rules." Its help center lists routing by day of the week, zip code, round robin, or to everyone.
The help center also mentions a "Shark Tank" option. Permissions can be set for admins, agents, assistants and transaction coordinators.
When to ask about Enterprise
Enterprise is for teams of 15 or more. The pricing page lists custom pricing, bulk licensing and white-label options, with no published price. Get any quote in writing.
My view: a shared login is fine for a husband and wife team. For anyone else, budget for separate logins. You want to know who changed which record.
What are Wise Agent's main features?
Short answer: contacts, lead capture, drips, transactions and team tools, in one place. It is a broad, practical CRM rather than a lead-generation platform.
| Feature | What Wise Agent says it does |
|---|---|
| Contact management | One record per contact with notes, conversations and dates, plus saved searches |
| Lead capture | Captures leads from your website, landing pages, Facebook Lead Ads and Google Ads |
| Lead Pipeline | A visual, stage-based view of every lead, launched in March 2026 |
| Drip campaigns | Automated email follow-up, bulk email, newsletters and stock content |
| Transaction management | Checklists for buyers, sellers or rentals, client portals and commission tracking |
| AI Writing Assistant | Drafts marketing content. Wise Agent says it is powered by GPT-4 |
| Do Not Contact | Blocks flagged contacts from email campaigns, texts and the dialer. Announced in March 2026 |
| Reporting | Agent activity and performance reports, which can be exported |
Sources: wiseagent.com feature pages; Chicago Agent Magazine, 17 March 2026; Wise Agent press release, 10 March 2026. Read 15 October 2026.
Transaction management
In my view, this is where Wise Agent stands out for a small business. You can build checklists by deal type and give clients a portal to see progress.
Its transaction page also says you can import listings from the MLS and link them to transactions. E-signature comes through the DocuSign integration.
Drips and marketing
The marketing page describes "an easy-to-use drip campaign system," bulk email and ready-made newsletters. It can also generate listing flyers.
My view: the feature list covers what most agents use every week. What it lacks is the slick mobile app and deep lead-buying tools of pricier platforms.
Is there a Wise Agent mobile app?
Short answer: there is a mobile web app, not a native app. You use it in your phone's browser.
Wise Agent's FAQ says it "offers a mobile web app that works on any mobile device." It adds that "There is nothing to download". It says mobile access is included at no extra cost.
I found no Wise Agent app in its official pages for iOS or Android. If a native app matters to you, test the mobile web app hard during the trial.
What to test on your phone
- Open a new lead and call or text them in under a minute.
- Add a note right after a showing, with one thumb.
- Check your tasks for the day and mark two as done.
- Find a contact by name, street or tag while standing in a driveway.
My view: most of my day happens on my phone. If the mobile web app slows you down, the low price will not make up for it.
Which lead sources and apps connect to Wise Agent?
Short answer: the major portals, Google tools and Zapier. Wise Agent says it integrates with over 100 apps and platforms.
- Lead portals: Zillow Premier Agent, Realtor.com and Homes.com.
- Ads: Facebook Lead Ads and Google Ads.
- Google: Gmail conversations, Google Calendar and Google Contacts.
- Other tools: Zapier, DocuSign, IDX Broker and a WordPress form plugin.
- Calling: the Power Dialer by WAVV, which can call up to three leads at once on its multi-line plan.
Sources: wiseagent.com partners and features pages, and Wise Agent help center integration articles, read 15 October 2026.
Two details to check
Realtor.com needs two connections. The help center says full integration needs "both email parsing and the API."
There is no API for individual agents. Wise Agent's API page says: "We don't issue API credentials to individual teams or agents." Individual users are pointed to Zapier, Lead Email or the WordPress plugin instead.
Gmail sync is described in detail. Wise Agent's partners page says it works with Outlook too. If you use Outlook, ask support how it connects before you commit.
My view: list every lead source you pay for, then confirm each one connects during the trial. A lead that lands in the wrong inbox is a lead you lose.
What do Wise Agent users say in reviews?
Short answer: users rate the support highly. A common complaint is paying extra for add-ons. But most of the reviews are several years old.
| Site | Rating | Reviews | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Capterra | 4.4 out of 5 | 531 | Most reviews from 2018 and 2019. Newest visible: 27 February 2025 |
| Software Advice | 4.4 out of 5 | 531 | Same review pool as Capterra |
| G2 | 3.6 out of 5 | 15 | Very small sample |
| Forbes Advisor | 4.2 (editorial) | n/a | "Best for Collaboration" on a page audited 2 March 2026 |
Sources: Capterra, Software Advice, G2 and Forbes Advisor pages, read 15 October 2026. I found no Wise Agent profile on Trustpilot or the BBB, and no GetApp listing I could open.

What reviewers praise
- Support: the top sub-score. One 2019 reviewer on Software Advice wrote that the team responds "within MINUTES."
- Price: several reviewers call it cheaper than the alternatives for what it does.
- Everything in one place: contacts, transactions and the calendar together.
What reviewers complain about
- Paid extras: a 2019 Capterra reviewer wrote that "every extra feature costs extra."
- Design changes: some 2019 reviews disliked a redesigned checklist.
- Support changes: a January 2024 Capterra reviewer complained that calls were now handled by overseas agents.
- Mobile: a 2019 review complained there was no phone app. That still matches the mobile web app approach today.
These are individual opinions, not tested facts. Read the newest reviews yourself, and sort by date, before you decide.
My view: a 4.4 average from mostly 2018 and 2019 reviews tells you the product was well liked then. It tells you less about Wise Agent in 2026, so the free trial matters more.
How do you cancel Wise Agent, and can you get a refund?
Short answer: you cancel by email, and the terms say fees are not refunded. Give notice at least 30 days before your next billing date.
The pricing page says you can "cancel anytime" with no contracts. The terms of service, last modified on 13 February 2026, add the detail that matters.
Wise Agent terms of service, last modified 13 February 2026
What the terms say
- How: written notice by email. The help center says requests go to the billing team and are processed Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm Mountain time.
- Refunds: "All fees paid to Wise Agent are non-refundable."
- No partial months: you keep access until the billing cycle ends, with no proration.
- Price changes: Wise Agent may change its fees with at least 30 days' written notice.
- Your data: you are responsible for exporting data before your term ends. The terms allow the account and its files to be deleted after that.
How to cancel cleanly
- Export your contacts to a CSV file first. The help center shows an Export Contacts option.
- Email your cancellation at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- Keep the confirmation email. The help center says to resend if you do not get one.
- Check your card statement after the renewal date.
The terms do not single out annual plans. Read literally, the non-refundable line covers them too, so start on monthly billing until you are sure.
My view: this is a normal small-business software contract, not a trap. The trap is assuming "cancel anytime" means "refund anytime." It does not.
How does Wise Agent compare with Follow Up Boss and other CRMs?
Short answer: Wise Agent is cheaper for one agent. In my view, Follow Up Boss suits busier lead-buying teams. Several big platforms do not publish prices at all.
| CRM | Published entry price | Users | Trial and terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wise Agent | $49 a month, or $499 a year | Up to 5, shared login | 14-day trial, month to month |
| Follow Up Boss Grow | $69 per user a month, or $58 on annual billing | Per user | 14-day trial, no contracts |
| Follow Up Boss Pro | $499 a month, or $416 annual | 10 users included | Includes unlimited calling and texting |
| IXACT Contact | $55 a month, or $46.75 annual | Not stated | 14-day trial, no contract |
| Real Geeks | $399 a month, plus $500 setup | 2 users included | 6-month, 12-month or annual terms |
| HubSpot free CRM | $0 | 2 users | Free tier, not built for real estate |
| Lofty, BoldTrail, CINC, Brivity | Not published | Varies | Demo or sales call |
Sources: each vendor's own pricing page, read 15 October 2026. Prices before tax.

Wise Agent vs Follow Up Boss
For one agent, Wise Agent's yearly plan is $197 cheaper than Follow Up Boss Grow on annual billing. Add WiseText and Wise Agent's first year reaches $711, slightly above Grow's $696, so check what texting costs on each before you compare.
Follow Up Boss Pro includes unlimited calling and texting for 10 users. For a busy team buying portal leads, that can be better value. I priced it seat by seat in my Follow Up Boss review.
I also put the two side by side, with the old LionDesk, in Follow Up Boss vs Wise Agent vs LionDesk. Lone Wolf is winding LionDesk down. In May 2025, Inman and HousingWire reported it would stay available only through September 2025.
For the full market, including the platforms that hide their prices, see what 12 real estate CRMs actually cost.
My view: pick by workflow, not price alone. A $200 saving is small next to one lost listing from a missed follow-up.
Is it legal to text and email leads from Wise Agent?
Short answer: yes, if you have consent for texts and follow email rules. The CRM sends the messages, but you are responsible for them.
Texting
The FCC says that, in general, robocalls and robotexts to mobile phones require prior consent. In my view, automated drips and bulk texts carry the most risk.
Wise Agent's terms say "You must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending them text messages." Texts must also explain how to opt out.
In 2023 the FCC adopted a "one-to-one" consent rule for leads. The 11th Circuit vacated that part on 24 January 2025, and the FCC removed it in a rule published on 29 August 2025.
Sources: FCC guidance on robocalls and robotexts (political campaign rules page), Insurance Marketing Coalition v. FCC (11th Cir. 2025) and Federal Register, 29 August 2025.
The FTC's CAN-SPAM guide says each email in violation can cost up to $53,088. It makes no exception for business-to-business email.
- Include your valid physical postal address.
- Give a clear way to opt out, and honor it within 10 business days.
- Do not use misleading subject lines or sender names.
- Watch what assistants or vendors send for you. The FTC says to monitor others acting on your behalf.
Source: FTC, CAN-SPAM Act: A Compliance Guide for Business.
I cover consent wording for agents, with sample texts, in my real estate follow-up text templates.
My view: set up consent capture on your forms before you switch on any text drip. This is general information, not legal advice.
Who should choose Wise Agent, and who should skip it?
Short answer: it suits budget-minded solo agents and small teams. It suits lead-heavy teams less.
Wise Agent is a good fit if you
- Want a published, low price with no contract.
- Close your own deals and want transaction checklists in the same system.
- Work mostly from referrals and your sphere, not bought leads.
- Value 24/7 phone, chat and email support.
Look elsewhere if you
- Need a native iOS or Android app.
- Run a team where every agent needs their own login, and the per-login cost adds up.
- Buy many portal leads and want built-in calling and texting for everyone.
- Need an API for your own developers.
If your budget is truly zero for now, start with one of the free CRM options for agents and move when your database grows.
My view: Wise Agent is the CRM I would point a new solo agent to first, as long as they test the mobile web app and price their add-ons.
How should you test Wise Agent during the free trial?
Short answer: load real contacts, connect your lead sources and send real follow-up in the first week. Fourteen days goes fast.
| When | What to do |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | Start WiseText registration, which can take 7 to 10 business days. Book the free onboarding session. |
| Days 1 to 2 | Import your contacts. The help center says support will format a CSV file you email them. |
| Days 2 to 4 | Connect each lead source: Zillow, Realtor.com, your website forms. Send a test lead from each. |
| Days 4 to 7 | Build one drip and one transaction checklist. Run a test transaction from contract to close. |
| Days 7 to 10 | Use only the mobile web app for a full working day. |
| Days 10 to 12 | Call support twice, at different times, with real questions. |
| Day 12 | Decide. If you are leaving, export your data and cancel by email. |
Wise Agent's terms say the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends. Put the end date in your calendar on day one.
My view: the trial is your real review. My research can tell you the price; only your own week of use can tell you whether it fits.
Who owns Wise Agent?
Short answer: no public source says who owns it. Wise Agent lists Brandon Wise as founder and CEO, and I found no report of an acquisition.
- Founded: 2002, according to Wise Agent's company page and a 2023 HousingWire profile. HousingWire's company directory says 2001.
- Leadership: Brandon Wise, founder and CEO, and Mike Becker, co-founder and chief technical officer.
- Legal name and location: Wise Agent, LLC, with a Fountain Hills, Arizona address.
- Name: Wise Agent's company page says it was first called Wise Realtor and changed its name after a cease and desist letter from the National Association of Realtors.
- Recognition: a HousingWire Tech100 profile in February 2025, and "Best for Collaboration" on Forbes Advisor's 2026 list.
I found no public report of an acquisition or outside owner. That is not proof there is none, so I do not claim it.
My view: a founder-led company that has run for over 20 years is a reasonable bet for your client data. Still, export a backup every quarter, with any CRM.
Is Wise Agent worth it? My verdict
Short answer: yes, for most solo agents and small teams. It is cheap, complete and month to month.
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
|---|---|
| $499 a year with published prices | Many paid add-ons, from texting to logins |
| Transaction management included | Base plan shares one login across 5 members |
| 24/7 support, highest-rated sub-score | No native mobile app |
| 14-day trial, month to month | 30-day notice and non-refundable fees in the terms |
| Connects to Zillow, Realtor.com and Zapier | No API for individual agents |
My view: if you are a solo agent working your sphere, Wise Agent is hard to beat on price. If you run a lead-buying team, compare it with Follow Up Boss Pro seat by seat first.
What I could not verify
These are the gaps I hit while checking sources. Be careful with any page that fills them with a confident number.
- Power Dialer prices. Wise Agent mentions three packages but publishes no dollar figures.
- IDX website and Enterprise prices. Both are quoted on request.
- Refunds on annual plans. The terms say all fees are non-refundable, with no annual-plan exception.
- How separate logins are counted. My team table assumes the main account keeps the original login.
- How Outlook connects. Gmail sync is described in detail. Outlook is only named as a partner.
- Ownership. No official page or press report states one either way.
- Newer reviews. Capterra's newest visible review is from February 2025.
- The founding year. Wise Agent says 2002; one HousingWire page says 2001.
